Top class Bread from a traditional bakery
Hafod wholemeal and brown bread have the lowest sugar content of any I can find. Only problem is, they don't sell thick sliced wholemeal in my Kilgetty supermarket, only brown thick-sliced. How's about un-sliced? Their Chelsea buns are the best I have had since childhood.

Went to reception. Nothing personal to her but The lady there was very unwelcoming and not very interested in customer service.The comment made was: 'what sort of thing are you looking for?' Also: 'We don't have a catalogue but we're in the process of getting a website, ok thanks bye'.I think there should be sign to keep out customers who stop by at this bakery to avoid confusion.
