The menu is standard for Brains pubs, so slightly upmarket from Sizzling and 'Spoons. There are cheaper "set" menus of restricted range for evenings and Monday to Saturday lunchtimes BUT they may not be out on the tables and you'll have to look or ask by the bar. Food is decent in quality and presentation. Staff are friendly. There is a range of keg beers and ciders; only two real ales, though well kept. Parking can be a bit convoluted but there's probably space for over 30 cars
Great range of food options. Our party of four enjoyed every mouthful. Nicely laid out pub. Ample parking. Would definitely visit again!
We visited early on a Thursday evening, It was very quiet. We were served quickly, food was great and the staff were absolutely lovely. What more can you ask for. Only criticism was that the toilets were a bit shabby and need redecorating, that said they were very clean which is the most important thing.
Nice enough pub. Decent food and reasonably priced. Child friendly with a play area thing outside. Need to turn the heating up a bit though
