We have bought 2 Tivolis from Howards and are now having a Korando. The service Howards provide is outstanding as is their follow up customer service. Had an airbag recall on my Subaru Impreza, as I am from Swansea I had to chose should I take it here or to Cardiff, I chose Howards and I am pleased that I did, they sorted it with no trouble.My only real problem was the train being cancelled when I went to pick the car back up.

When the delivery was held back they even supplied me with a courtesy car so I could attend a funeral in Gloucester.
