Funny enough was reading the review the guy below wrote about injection injury, thought id share my experience, polish guy last year, injected into my lip, tounge, then though and past my gum spraying the numbing fluid in my mouth, took a total of 7 to 8 attempts before I was numb, didn't think dentists remove teeth with abcess, got removed, got home in so much pain i passed out, pain eased that day. tounge and lip took a while after. its a shame because ive had a long phobia of going to the dentist, then this happened! phobia is now worse.
Great staff they made my granddaughter feel at ease it was her first filling they were wonderful with her .
Id been avoiding getting dental implants for a while. I thought it would be painful and I convinced myself that it wouldnt make that much difference, Id got used to having two missing molars. However, after an initial assessment I decided to go ahead. The treatment I received from James Hayden and his staff was excellent. James made sure I knew what was happening and what to expect at every step and he took great care right the way through to make sure everything was just right. I didnt find the process painful at all and now that the treatment is complete I have to say that it has made an enormous difference. I dont have to avoid certain foods because they are a bit difficult to manage and my implants look just like my other teeth. I wouldnt hesitate in getting this work done again and would highly recommend James Hayden as he provided a very professional, but friendly and caring service.
Recently moved to Carmarthen, and came to Hayden's with quite a lot of work that needed doing. They are the friendliest, most efficient and professional dentist surgery team I have experienced. Very relaxed throughout some tough procedures. All done easily and without any of those little bits of discomfort I've often experienced in other practices. Different options offered and discussed by James, very reassuring. The hygenist was very good at explaining how to improve how I look after my teeth, and I made those changes straight away. I'm very happy to have found Hayden's, very highly recommended.
