Dismal delivery service. Not a great place if you intend to purchase something quickly.
Deal with Stormfront on a regular basis, ideal location for a Apple shop as there's no others except from Cardiff.
I simply cannot not speak highly enough of the Stormfront team. Top class products, advice and customer service. The only place in West Wales to buy your Apple and Apple related products.
Dreadful, dreadful service. Paid in full for a product and was told delivery in one to two weeks. Nearly four weeks later still no delivery date. They dont answer the phone and when you go to the store they treat you like youre wasting their time. I gave up waiting, ordered from John Lewis ( item is in stock) and have managed to persuade them that I can have a refund. Save yourself time and effort and dont bother buying from this store!
Took my Mac Book and external storage to this store as my Mac failed to detect the external storage all of a sudden. I know very little about Mac & the techie didn't seem to know anything more than me. I was charged 10 to say that your external hard drive is corrupted. I have been to this store few years ago and service then was much better. Hope they look into ways of improving...
