We took my 12 year old son to see Ceri because hes been struggling with pains around his kneecaps? Ceri done a thorough assessment and diagnosed the problem. He gave me son stretching and strengthening exercises to do at home which seems to be working well for him. The pains are lessening and less frequent! Very impressed and pleased with the service and results so far! Thank you Ceri!

We run a self help exercise group in our Village, a group of a certain age who are determined to keep going. Ceri was invited along to put us through our paces and advise on exercises that would keep us mobile. It was different from his usual consultations but he delivered an amazing session. He quickly summed up the ability of the group then proceeded to put us through our paces.He left us feeling positive about the need to keep active and provided us with plenty of useful material to keep us toned and trim.
