Took my two dogs to be neutered and the service was fantastic. I was like a worried mum taking them in, but the nurse I saw couldn't have been better at putting my mind at rest. The information given was clear, and I really felt like they cared with everything being put in place to make their recovery as comfortable as possible.
Friendly staff, no waiting around and gave my pooch a thorough check over. Very happy :)
Just home from a walk in Llansteffan with my chocolate lab during which, after a long play on the beach, my puppy got into trouble and hurt his back legs. In a state of panic my mum ran over to the CVC mobile vet van in the Llansteffan car park seeking help. James came to the rescue and checked Bamba over for us, although hed seemed to have made a miraculous recovery by this point! A truly memorable walk- we are able to laugh about it now but James and Sharon (who was also en route with a cosy blanket) instilled calm again and reassured us that he was fine! A huge thanks once again to James and Sharon. Bamba is home and resting!
My rabbit got bitten by a dog a month ago. The team were fantastic in treating my boy. He healed very well. But today he got sick. He needed to be put out of his suffering and was put to sleep. So hard. But the staff supported me well through such a hard time
An amazing place and an amazing team. Despite the fact most of the vets are quite young they have plenty of experience and study the latest techniques. Our Jack Russel Maisie was seriously ill with pancreatitis. She spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital. There were a few times when we all thought she wouldn't make it. She received the very best care from the vets and nurses. Everyone was so kind and caring. Maisie is now back to her naughty self. I have heard a few people say that vets only care about money these days but Maisie received just the essential treatment she needed. The bill was lower than expected considering the length of stay.
