Good atmosphere, good staff!
It can be a bit tricky to shop there when busy, but the quality v price is unbelievable. Time it right and it's stress free.
My first visit to the store and was pleasantly surprised. The staff member in the footwear department was helpful and professional. The walking boots I purchased were very competitively priced, being half the normal rrp. The store was well layed out as well as clean and tidy. Overall a good shopping experience.
The store is a shambles but is a fantastic example of how a store should not be run. Absurd returns policy accompanied with clueless and not properly trained managers who have no idea how to deal with vulnerable customers. Will certainly not be shopping in this store again. Better off going to DW sports in trostre or JD sports.
Went into buy a few bits and pieces. Ran into a really pretty blue-top wearing girl called Beth, had the best customer service I've ever had. Would definitely return.
