Took my car in because I had a really hard brake pedal, to be told the turbo had failed. Than they told me that the engine had gone. They haven't got a clue... Do not use this garage if you like to own money as they like to charge an absolute fortune for doing nothing. Dreadful customer service. Stay away!!!
Very happy with the service i have received, My van needed a new Turbo and other bits doing, after a One on One with the Mechanic to talk about what work was to be done the van was recovered and in the workshop soon after. The Van came back fully fixed and valeted, excellent service, that means a lot in this day and age, Highly Recommended.
Normally use sister company in Cross Hands but had a puncture in Carmarthen. Had puncture repaired in no time. First class service.
My brake pads had gone today and they were open and got me back on the road, very helpful staff. highly recommend.
We had a dead battery in the car park round the corner. With two little ones in the car at 5:30 pm I had little hope but trudged round to the garages hoping to find one open. The lads were brilliant and not only got us started in the car park, but also stayed on to replace our battery for us. the whole family was so grateful for their kindness and they didn't even charge us for the inconvenience! Thank you!
