Seemed nice enough, however when it came to sleep time there was a function in the room directly below my bedroom licensed for intensely loud music until midnight. It took waaaaaay too much complaining to get moved to a different room. Had no hot water.
We went to meet family who were staying the week there, to say they were disappointed is an understatement, particularly as they paid in full before hand, the cleanliness or lack of was unbelievable she has taken pics on her phone of the state of the room and especially the bathroom just unbelievable one star is generous? She will be trying to find out the name of the actual owners or head office to write to them in no uncertain terms, if I was her I would want a refund or a stay in another of their hotels as they traveled from Nottingham to stay in what they thought was going to be a special weeks holiday. NOT GOOD. ? ?
Had our Safety Standown at this venue today.Good facilities lots of parking space.Coffee and bacon rolls laid on would recommend this place if your having a conference or just meeting colleagues.

What an absolute lovely hotel.Food is beautiful and plenty of it. Breakfast is all you can eat with plenty of choice from cereal to fruit to full English, yogurt, boiled eggs scrambled eggs, everything you can think of.Staff are so friendly and are always there to help.Definitely come back
