Nice bike ride for grandchildren could do with more stuff in the park as its bigger enough

Carmarthen park has always been a nice place for some peace and quiet, always well kept, but recently things seem to have changed, everything seems to be money orientated, with curcuses, fairs and now the Winter Wonder Land, It's a shame that Carmarthen council don't consider the residents that live around the park before allowing these to use the park. During the time that the Winter Wonder Land was there we had to put up with the endless beat from the music, New Years eve fireworks were like world war 3, our dog was terrified as were others, and for their last night they decided to turn the volume to full. Now they've gone, what a mess, good ridance and hopefully never again, or at least Carmarthen council try asking the residents.

Slightly disappointed with winter wonder land. The skating was entertaining but the rest of the attractions ere quite pool

Nice little tea shop, little being the word. 3 tables inside and heating on full blast, very warm until some kids come in and leave the door open.Lovely outside seating area for the sumner under a veranda as well to keep dry. Service is very friendly and the park is nice. Only limited by the building really but one of these places with character, a must visit.

Modest park. Not very big and not that interesting, small play area for children, some outdoor gym equipment, something I am more used to seeing back in Brazil - a good thing. The most unusual thing about this park is its velodrome, recently furbished, so a great facility for a small town. The standing stores are not of any significant archaeological importance, they were placed there during an event in the 1960s or 1970s if I recall correctly.
